A Great Find!

I have been wanting a shabby chic type of dresser for quite some time. I didn't want to spend a fortune on it, so I decided to search around garage sales and thrift stores. I came across this dresser and had to have it! I took it home, sanded it, and repainted it with an aqua blue color! It looks really cute :)

A Perfect Day

Banana-Orange-Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 banana, frozen
6 strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. skim milk powder
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

*In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.

Shabby Chic Mirror

I was searching around my basement when I came across this mirror! It was in great shape. All it needed was a coat of paint. To give the mirror a "shabby chic" look, I brushed on a light coat of white paint, and left some areas untouched.
